- How long is production lead time?
- Standard production is 15–25 days after sample approval. Peak season may require additional time — we confirm schedule before order confirmation.
- Do you provide CE, ISO or SGS certificates?
- Yes. We support CE, ISO and SGS test reports for SPC flooring and can provide documentation for import clearance and project tenders.
- Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
